Nonstop Paradise is a hedonistic celebration that destroys everything, just like the lifestyle of the 2020s. In a messy unfolding of a circus-erotic performance, it exposes the individual’s tendency towards pleasure, daydreaming, and perfectionism through the lens of media art and contemporary circus.

The thoughts are simple, but extremely romantic, and therefore doomed. Beauty floats upside down and turns into horror. The most touching connection is the recognition of the ugliness of the other and of the self, and obviously: death.
The work is a rosy vomit, a hellish outburst of anger and a celebration of life that brings out all the colours of the rainbow at once.

Nothing is left unaddressed or unrecognised: Malegaze bites into flesh as slimy milk drips on skin, a chainsaw is used to saw a thin plastic tube into a hula hoop, a soft sense of belonging cries when duct tape fails to hold, lovely roses are submerged in mouldy water while unknown tongues seek each other out in a kissing video. This is who we are, we can’t help it. Or can we? Or, well, do we have to?
