Privacy Statement This Privacy Statement covers the information contained in Section 10 of the Personal Data Act (523/1999) and the 2018 EU Data Protection Reform.
Protecting your privacy and your personal information is important to us. As a registrar, we are responsible for all personal information you provide. We use your personal data as regulated by the Privacy Policy. We collect personal data only when it is needed and we only collect the information we need for transactions and communications with you. By accepting this Privacy Policy when you make a reservation or by submitting personal information, you agree to the processing of your personal data as described below.

PURPOSE OF USE OF THE REGISTER
The personal data stored in the customer register of Recover Laboratory (from now on referred to as Recover Laboratory in the text as RL) is used for the management and administration of customer and cooperative relationships. Your information will be stored in the register when you make a reservation or otherwise contact us. Recover Laboratory can use partners in maintaining customer and service relationships, but information is only used to maintain the relationship between Recover Laboratory and the customer.
INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT IN THE REGISTER
We process the personal information you provide to us in order to fulfil our obligations to you as a customer or partner.
When you purchase or book a ticket, we collect information from you that is needed to pay for the ticket, deliver the ticket, send you additional information and to attend the performance. If you wish, you can give us the necessary additional information, such as special requests, so that we can serve you in the best possible way. You will give us information about yourself when you book or contact us through the contact form. You can also give us your information by communicating with us via phone, chat, email or in some other way. This also includes the information you provide us when you participate in our social media activities, participate in any competitions, promotions or surveys, and when you report problems to us on our site.
RELEASE OF DATA
The information in the customer register is only available to RL. We do not trade with our customers’ personal data. Information will not be disclosed to third parties and will not be relocated outside the EU or the EEA unless it is necessary due to the site’s technical implementation, value added service, billing, credit decision or regulatory obligations. Customer’s information will always be removed from our customer register upon request, unless legislation, open invoices or debt collection procedures require data retention.
In the extreme case, customer information may be disclosed to the above-mentioned entities if it allows our rights, our principles, our assets or the protection of our customers’ security. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations to combat fraud and reduce credit risks.

PRIVACY
The customer register will not be disclosed to third parties. It is located on a secure server of the third party service provider (Holvi, read their policy here.) as well as Recover Laboratory’s secure Google Account (read their policy here). Access to the registry is restricted to a person with access rights to Recover Laboratory accounts. We will take reasonable and necessary actions to handle the information contained in the customer register safely and confidentially. Recover Laboratory’s web page is located on third party service provider (WordPress) on a server and are protected by the SSL encryption protocol (Secure Socket Layer) (https://www.recoverlaboratory.com/) and the reservation system is organized by a third-party provider.
RETENTION, CLEARANCE, UPDATE AND CORRECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data you provide will be kept until the customer relationship is considered terminated. However, personal data will not be stored longer than the applicable data protection law applies. When we receive your data with your ticket purchases, when you send us invoice information or otherwise, we will destroy the data at the latest after the retention period specified in the Accounting Act.
We want to make sure that if you are on the register, your personal data is correct and up to date. If any information you provide changes or is incorrect, you can provide the correct information by email. You may at any time have the right to ask for your personal information to be corrected, blocked or removed.
COOKIES
By using the Recover Laboratory website, you agree to our use of cookies. If you do not accept cookies, you can disable cookies from security settings in your web browser. You can also set up a web browser to ask you every time a website wants to set a cookie on your computer. You can also delete previously saved cookies from your web browser. CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
Recover Laboratory reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time as necessary to correct any inaccuracies or to comply with new legal or technical requirements. Any changes to the Privacy Policy will be published on our website.
